All you need to use is Firefox and did you know if you install 1 add on you can just about block all spyware. It’s call CookieMan Context. After it’s installed and you know which files are spyware (running a anti spyware program a few times you know which ones are spyware by heart). After which all you need to do is go to Tools > Options > Privacy then in to cookies all you have to do is select the right cookie and remove it. After which it will be blocked and you will never get it again.
