Believe me it’s tough to say this, let alone post this. But I feel my readers deserve the truth. If you might notice things around here in the coming months seem to be a bit off for some reason. The truth is my brother has cancer and he has a 50/50 chance of survival. I decided to stick with my blogs to keep myself busy, but if you see an unexplained break in the future you know why.

What on Earth!
I’m Back!!!
Like any couple of days past when you move, you’re still a little sore – muscle wise. Your Apt still isn’t totally back to normal – yet….and you know you’llbe putting whatever in what every place you’re going to keep it for maybe the next couple of weeks.
But any way I am now back online, free to update my blog as often as I like. Which as before will be daily.
Thanks for sticking around!!!!
A Special Message to My Readers
First of all I can not thank you enough for choosing to go to my Yiffy Times blog. The number of hits I get a day is way beyond what I ever expected.
Now for the news: I have to move and you know what that means, I have tons of stuff to do, and it means I have to be offline for a couple of days. If everything goes as planned I should be back online sometime Monday. So in the meantime I won’t be updating this blog of mine. I wish it could be otherwise but I am sorry to say I have no choice. See you then…
Furnation Magazine about
Published between July 2000 and June 2008 with a total of 10 issues. To the reasons why this magazine was printed, is best quoted by Wookie (one of the contributors to the effort).
Yes I was a contributor for the first magazing with my ‘Hitting the Showers’ comic (as seen in my gallery here on FA). Not much to tell except that the magazine was created as a way to help pay for the servers that ran the FurNation webhosting site. Nexxus (the original creater of FurNation) did not want to charge furry artists for hosting services so the magazine was both a way for some artists to showcase their work and a way for him to pay for the server hosting so web page hosting would remain free for everyone.
The magazine was also a way of showcasing the ‘print on demand’ furry artists could use to have their own comics and art books published. No longer did furry artists have to fork up thousands of dollars to have their comics published but instead just submit the art and start making profits off their hard copy comics instantly.
Nexxus did not like the fact that other stores were gouging artists with higher percentage cuts and not allowing them to sell their works in multiple stores. FurPlanet did not bind the artists down to restrictive contracts and allowed artists to sell the same content in any web store while making more money for themselves.
It’s Legacy
With the last issue published just 5 years ago, some might find it hard to believe many of the writers and artists who were well known at the time have completely disappeared from the furry scene. Then there are others such as Graveyard Greg have quite famous in there own right. This also includes Ursula Vernon , Taurin Fox, Colbalt, Kadath , and finally David Little
Of course there are others that still involved with both there writing and art to thank them here is a list of links to their current pages.

I swear some of the ones I get look like they really written by a living person rather than just some program. Take the one I received today from someone claiming they have a WordPress blog, interesting enough they failed to give me a link. Like usual asking me for advice on their blog. Look I don’t mind handing out a little advice but when every comment that passes is more or less the same. It just gets old fast.
