To me given everything I find it amazing some companies are seemly doing everything to literally drive customers away. I really wish I was making that up, but it’s true. Take Best Buy and Geek Squad, which itself is nothing but a joke. 9 times out of 10 you take something to fixed by Geek Squad you get it back in the exact same condition minus the money you spent on their so called repairs. You know there bad when at the variety shows at fur cons they are making light of it. My guess is despite all the refunds and yes the lawsuits. Like when Geek Squad totally screwed up, in one case blackingout an entire building, when one of their workers for some reason decided to move a electrical socket. Best Buy must be raking the cash in.

RadioShack is another story their stores are dinosaurs. Selling stuff that most people don’t buy and their clerks more focused on cellphones than anything else. Then there was this incident I observed. Their were 2 clerks helping with customers when their phone rang. Okay you can agree maybe they were too busy to answer the phone but not the manager who was in the back of the store texting someone. But that is not my biggest complaint, try and buy something with cash it will take longer than a credit card purchase. The last time I did that it took 8 minutes, I swear looking for the item was faster.
