MFF 42 days and Counting

With MFF just over a month away, I been thinking about the fur con and what I plan on doing there. One thing is if possible (I say that mainly do to if I can get a signal on my cellphone) LIVE posts on both Twitter and Instagram as they happen. I also plan on talking to someone about a documentary they plan on doing about furries. Plus I have a friend who is going and this will be there 1st time at any fur con.

But no the biggest thing on my mind recently are the questions that I wonder about.

Will there be another incident like last year…the chlorine attack?

AS far as I know once again Ryan Hill who absolutely confessed to hiring someone to commit that act of terrorism. Is not in jail, but is on probation. I have no idea if the one who did that horrible act is even in jail.

The only thing I can be certain of as I seen the truck myself, the Hyatt Regency has gotten a FULL Upgrade in their security cameras. I heard from this security guard, cameras are everywhere in the Hyatt. Especially now in the staircases where the attack took place. They also have ones aimed directly at the fire alarms. BTw since the attack Rosemont has now upped the fine for setting one off to $500, if you did it as a joke. So be warned.

The Attendance?

We know something like the attack will get people to come, it always happens. But more a guess than anything else. I heard that every nearby hotel is booked solid for that weekend. Even the secondary hotels like the Motel 6 (less than a mile away) is also booked solid. Some could say other conventions, but no I checked. No other major conventions are taking place that weekend. We will just have to wait and see. BTW I just heard today that the hotels in Schaumburg, 25 miles from the conventions are filling up.
