Floors were stomped. Fur flew. Pizzas were consumed.
…and the first Tarpaw Furmeet is over.
We had 110 people in the door last night. We pulled in enough to not only cover the lodge, the insurance, the bartender, the DJ, the sponsor goodies, the soda, the snacks, and the pizza…
…but we had enough left over to put a deposit down on the Elk’s Lodge for another event. Given that when I went to tell the managers we were leaving, their first comment was to ask when we’d be coming back, I guess this means we’ll be doing this again!
