Shia LaBeouf’s New Movie Only Sold One Ticket at U.K. Box Office

Shia LaBeouf’s new film is a certified flop.

The military thriller Man Down premiered in the United Kingdom this weekend to just £7 total, according to comScore. That’s equal to about $8.71 — or a single movie ticket.

Dito Montiel (A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints) directed the film, which stars LaBeouf as a Marine who returns from a tour in Afghanistan only to find America in post-apocalyptic disarray. He then embarks on a quest to find his wife (Kate Mara) and young son (Charlie Shotwell). Jai Courtney and Gary Oldman also star.

Man Down premiered at the Venice Film Festival in 2015, and although it debuted to less-than-stellar reviews, it still managed to earn about $454,000 in North America after hitting theaters in December. In the U.K., it was simultaneously released on demand and in a single theater. The film currently holds a 15% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Anime Review: You’re Under Arrest

The article at Wikipedia says

The story revolves around Natsumi Tsujimoto and Miyuki Kobayakawa, two female members of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department and the protagonists of the show as they are stationed at the fictional Bokuto Police Precinct located at Sumida, Tokyo. The series is largely episodic, and much of it focuses on the interaction between the main characters and the humorous supporting cast.

What I say…

You’re Under Arrest is a delightful series if not the best police comedy ever made. Delight characters, a combination of other officers and unique personalities. Including a male officer who feels more comfortable in women’s clothes, Strike Man a wannabe superhero, and an older woman who rides around the town looking for bargains and not caring to traffic signals. Not to mention a monk who races the cops and they have no clue it’s him.

There is plenty of great action, great driving scenes, high speed chases, and ones not just tacked on to “Improve the story”. You feel like that scene should be there. Like a lot of personal stories of the officers, and you really do care about them.

I can not recommend this enough

Unsuspecting Woman Brings Therapy Dog to Local Furry Convention

Call this the other side of the story when a therapy dog is brought to a furry convention and the reaction of it’s trainer. I swear your soul will turn into pudding.

Here is a excerpt

Did you get the chance to talk to many of the furries?
Yes. I learned so much about this whole new culture of people who get together and dress up in furry costumes. I didn’t know that there was this progression — like first, they choose a name, and start off with just a tail and ears. But from there, some of these costumes are amazing, and so elaborate. I was asking a lot of questions. Where do you get these? Where do you come up with something like this? A lot of people design their own, I guess. They decide what character they want to be, and then they spend lots of money having these costumes made. And then, they all get together for these events. Similar people. Similar interests. And they come together [at cons].

Praise Has to Be Given to Papa Bear

Papa Bear is a blogger like me, except his forte is advice and frankly I think he does a better job of it than I ever could, even though that was suggested to me. But I won’t get into that, but I will talk about the Editorial Papa Bear made concerning recent events at RMFC. In an editorial that concerns the derps that are seemly out to destroy the fandom.

I will go on record saying I agree with every point Papa Bear, we need to take responsibility for our own actions. I am have seen a movement in the fandom sadly of those thinking that they could do anything they want and there’s no consequences. Real life doesn’t work like that.

Well anyway read the editorial and don’t forget to leave a comment

Cyberpunk by Brian Sutton and Darin Brown

A man goes to work only to find bodies of dead ninjas. At a cake mix factory?!!! The agent cleaning up the mess wants to show the man a little video. In a scene right out of MST3000. he is shown a video of hot lesbian love. The man then scolds the agent over what makes a good marriage. This part really killed me, as it seemed the couple having lesbian sex in the video was his wife and girlfriend. So after joining them for a 3 way, the girlfriend wonders if all this new activity means a pay raise. Pure fun and a delight to read.

Hot lesbian sex between 2 dragons?

Rhiannon: Masks by Tabitha Jones and Shan Howell

Really I don’t know if this was planned but when a woman patrolling her city at night is confronted by a woman wanting to share her body. We soon discover the woman and the woman patrolling the city has a dragon for a friend and lover. Ironically they look like the dragons in the previous comic. Except this one is far better.

The Clique by Dashe

A woman goes to a college for an interview suddenly finds herself in bondage of hot lesbian love. But then as it turns out that she isn’t the woman they thought she was. Pretty good overall.

Uzalec by Shan Howell and Darin Brown

Aboard an airship a woman is nervous about and upcoming marriage and soon finds herself in a lesbian 3 way. The story is okay at best.
