History of MFF: Midwest FurFest 2013

Midwest FurFest 2013 was a convention that was held at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois, from November 22nd to November 24th, 2013.

The theme that year was “The Pirates of Lake Michigan”.

In anticipation of the convention’s arrival, staff of the Hyatt Regency O’Hare put together a promotional video asking, “What does the fox say?”

Personal Note:

This was my very 1st fur con ever, and I wish I could say things went well. They did for everyone else, and I put the full blame upon myself, I was still dealing with grief since my brother died 6 months earlier. The full details can be found in “Death and My 1st Fur Con” podcast. But everyone has to start somewhere, and I have been to every MFF since. Frankly am looking forward to the next one, fingers crossed this December.
