This Year’s Goal:

Tortoise houses – $7,500

Phoenix Herpetological Sanctuary is home to over 400 African Sulcata Tortoises. OMG Why so many?! These animals are the most dropped off species at the sanctuary. Living over 100 years and getting over 150 pounds makes them a hard pet for most people to have. These animals are surrendered, abandoned and sometimes escape from people’s homes.

We have quite a few shelters built on the property but many of them are quite old and need to be completely rebuilt. These animals need to be heated throughout the winter and new shelters will allow us to ensure they all have a warm home to go into!

Hello PDFC2022 attendees, its been a whole week since the con ended and i wanted to say: That con was amazing!! and thank you all for making PDFC2022 so great. We sold 916 tickets to PDFC, and we raised $12,338 for our charity. Join us next year for PDFC 2023: The Island!
