Hulu’s Animaniacs Gets Green Light for Season 3

Yes and I am so glad it’s true.

Hulu confirmed the news during the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour, in addition to posting an announcement video to Twitter. “With returning seasons of award-winning comedies and dramas, Hulu’s 2021 slate of Original series truly has something for everyone,” said Hulu Originals and ABC Entertainment President Craig Erwich. “We’re incredibly excited to welcome back the stories and characters fans have connected with in ‘The Handmaid’s Tale,’ ‘Shrill,’ ‘Animaniacs’ and ‘Love, Victor,’ while taking viewers deeper into the character of Mike Tyson in ‘Iron Mike’ and bringing animated but deeply human characters to life in ‘Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K.’”

One thing and I have to make special note of it here this one article HERE

Says and I quote:

Animaniacs stars Jess Harnell, Maurice LaMarche, Tress MacNeille and Rob Paulsen. Season 1 is now streaming on Hulu, with Season 2 slated to premiere sometime this year.

No release date announced but this Animaniacs fan will be standing by.

Netflix Adapting ‘Redwall’ Books Into Animated Movies, TV Series

I know by now most of you have heard that Redwall is coming to Furry Netflix to join Beastars, BNA as well as others. If you know what Redwall is congrats. If your like the rest of us and have no idea what Redwall is I hope to cover the basics without you digging as much as I did for this piece…ish.

That video covers a lot of detail so here are the facts in depth.

There is 23 Redwall books published between 1999 and 2011. Although “The Legend of Luke” published in 1999 is considered a sub story to Martian the Warrior book 2.

I was surprised to find that there was a previous series and it’s on YouTube and here it is:

Started in 1999 and ran for 3 seasons. I guess this could give us an idea what the new series is going to be like. According to Wikipedia not all books were covered. Given how Netflix are saying that there will be Redwall films. It is a good chance for all the books to be covered.

Gamers your not left out. There are Redwall games and here is the trailer for one.

There are versions for: Xbox One, PS4, macOS and Windows. I think it’s safe to say they may not be available in the US, given the accent the voice actors, I am thinking England. If you want any of the 6 Redwall games I can’t exactly say because I don’t know, and won’t guess.

As for how good is it? This is a reaction review I found on YouTube from a non furry

From what I have seen so far, Redwall looks pretty good and I will be checking out the series when it finally drops on Netflix.
