FURSON NON GRATA is a new comedy that tells the story of a young woman, who brings home her long-time boyfriend home to meet her family. She forgets to mention one important detail: her family lives a furry lifestyle.

Jeff Goode is a Los Angeles based playwright and screenwriter, the award winning author of the International cult hit THE EIGHT REINDEER MONOLOGUES and creator of Disney’s AMERICAN DRAGON: JAKE LONG. Jeff was GOH at Rocket City FurMeet, Oklacon and Califur. FURSONA NON GRATA had staged performances at Califur, Wild Nights, FangCon and Mephit Fur Meet.

FURSONA NON GRATA is the first full-length, professionally produced play that examines this intriguing sub-culture phenomenon. First Look Buffalo Theatre Company is proud to produce this World Premiere comedy that focuses on the love of family, and most importantly, acceptance. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you might even cough up a furball!

Furry Times Reaches Out to Lackadaisy Cats Creator

With the mind blowing number of views Lackadaisy – Pilot has, currently it’s 5.9 Million I reached out to Tracy J. Butler it’s creator to see what they had to say:

Hello – thanks for reaching out, and thanks for the kind comments too! Well, the crew and I are pretty astonished by the reaction. We’re also pretty excited! The director, executive producer and I are presently looking for ways to make more Lackadaisy animation. We’d like to do a full series, but if we can’t secure the resources for that, we’ll likely continue on making smaller episode independently with crowd funding.

Editor: I for one would like to see this happen.

Lackadaisy Thanks their Crew

I have never seen anything like this before, even including some episodes of both streaming services and network series that have wound up on YouTube. Nothing has ever been like this before, as of this post 5.7 Million views in just 10 days. Not Picard, The Owl House or even Mandalorian drop has ever done this well.

Doubt me check for yourself

They recently thanked everyone involved

I would say furries were a big part

LACKADAISY keeps hitting viewer milestones before I can figure out how to properly express my thanks to the crew. I’m just eternally grateful for the skill, time, love and care you all put into this project. (@NewtWorks and I enlisted my dear friend Candy to do a crew portrait)

Making the pilot required some people having an unreasonable amount of faith in the production while the world seemed on fire around us. I’m the luckiest person in the world for having been graced with their company throughout.

Cozy Con Online Reg?

For an online con you might be wondering why am I talking about Registration, after all it’s free. That is true but ask anyone behind the scenes it costs money to produce this online event. In the form of equipment, time and Internet and Electricity costs. Actually paying for Reg is a way to help support this event.

You might of noticed this the boom of the pandemic that a lot of these online cons, have disappeared. The reason why is simple, the people behind the scenes could not cover the costs on their own. So I am encourage everyone who can afford it. Think about paying for Reg, every little bit helps, besides they do have some nice swag.
