Why is this a major update. Usually when I con announces it’s date and location usually it isn’t that big of deal. With Reffurence I say it is.
- The moved their date from August to October
- The Changed Countries
Yes Reffurence changed countries they went from Belgium to Netherlands. This is the 1st con I ever heard doing so.
