I don’t want to bore you with going over things I already talked about. But more on “Little Things” that I would say most missed. Like that tank (sorry about the blurry photo) covered in stickers.

The lockers were back and a lot did use them, the selfie monitor was back but I saw very few actually use it. Like the trading cards, they still had plenty before the Closing Ceremony on Sunday. Naturally they were gone by the end of it.

Unsure why MFF printed so many fake $25 MFF bills. I saw someone with a stack of them on Sunday that could have choked a horse.

Less complaints about The Skybridge, the reason why is simple the weather was nice enough to avoid it. A lot certainly did, I even heard a bunch saying they avoided it during the entire convention.

Here is one I bet most haven’t talked about. The percentage of fursuiters were up. For the last 10 years or so most cons usually have around 34% fursuiters. Not this YEAR’S MFF it was up to at least 46% Fursuiters were EVERYWHERE

A fact I heard repeatedly

They SOLD OUT there tees by Saturday, and mentioned they already have a HUGE Backorder.

The last time this happened was when MFF set the record for the number of con tees sold with their anime themed con. One number I heard was over 40,000 sold.

A member of the audience didn’t like the previous announced number was 95 cents and slammed a nickel on the stage.

That is MFF for you.

Also when they set boxes on the stage to collect more donations. They raised more than $4000

I think I am not the only 1 who got rattled during the con. When they announced next years date. They repeated this years, they actually did this, and it turns out that the mascots they introduced during the Opening Ceremony, will be a permanent fixture at MFF

Editor’s Note

Based upon both social media and what I heard personally. If you plan to go to MFF 2025 make your reservation ASAP. It seems every hotel within a 5 mile radius was SOLD OUT. Also because some waited so long to hear back on the Room Lottery. They did not have a room and could not go.

My last day was mainly a friend trying to convenice another friend to come… at least on the last day. BTW all we know is they stuck to the Dealer’s area. Beyond that we did not hear a word.

Even what we actually did wasn’t really much, the panel on Furry History Preservation was excellent. The host did a good job, despite the main question came from me, Scar and a member of Flayrah.

Fursuit Games – Sunday Edition was great.

Now I have positive proof that the Sunday edition is some 15 mins shorter than the one held on Friday.

The Journalism panel, I am sorry to say it’s host did not seemed well informed. I say that because he insisted the only furry news sites was Dogpatch and Flayrah. Taking away all the hard work and and dozens of others who try and inform all the furries that support the work we do. I want to pacifically mentioned I made a point about my site, Furry Weekly and GFTV, and topped that off by giving him one of my cards.
