Are there different registration levels?

Yes, we have two registration levels:

  • Attendee: $50.00
  • Sponsor: $100.00

Why should I register as a Sponsor?

Running an event this big, especially on short notice, is a difficult and expensive undertaking. First and foremost, registering as a Sponsor helps us keep the overall cost of the event lower for everyone else while still covering our financial obligations. Doing so will earn you the endless gratitude of our entire staff, as the primary reason we offer this tier is to give you a way to support the community, if you are willing and able. Beyond that, we’ll give you some special rewards:

  • An exclusive event t-shirt – Gotta rock that Furgeddaboutit look!
  • A coffee mug – Don’t forget that morning cup while you do so!
  • A mini backpack – Carry all your swag in style!
  • A keychain – Even your keys are rockin’ it!

Hey y’all! We got the date for our next meet over at the Galloping Ghost arcade: April 19th, from 5 PM – 10 PM! Includes dinner at Tony’s at 9 PM!

  • This is a fursuit friendly gathering, so full and partial suits are all welcome!
  • If you haven’t already, please provide proof of COVID vaccination to @Werewolfdudez  , whether you have a card or just have proof in general.
  • Our tourney game this time will be Puyo Puyo! The winner gets a free arcade/pinball pass “double pass” which can be used at the next meet (or whenever you want)!

Furnal Equinox 2025 Numbers

Your enthusiasm has once again stuffed the Westin Harbour Castle to the brim – we had a total of 3,690 attendees! Of those, at least 1,611 fuzzy friends were spotted in fursuit. While we may not be able to grow our attendance numbers right now, one very important number did see big growth… 
 
We’ve raised over $20,500 for our 2025 charity, Procyon Wildlife! Final counts are still being performed yet we’ve already beat last year’s record of over $14,000. Feel proud that your generosity truly has no limit! We are proud to support the protection of Ontario’s wildlife for another year. Those of you who showed up to empty your pockets make a real difference and we hope you check out the results of your kindness on our Charity page. 

and The Theme for 2026

Furnal Equinox 2026 will take place March 20-22, 2026. Our theme, “Starbound Sabbatical”, will take us on a fun-filled vacation through the stars, which will serve as a fitting finale to our time at the Westin Harbour Castle. Join us with guests of honour Zee the Raccoon and Finn the Panther next year!
