IFC Official Map

Already I have been given the title of a good spy from IFC.

I will admit though this does explain holes in their schedule

IFC Schedule Issues and More

Here I am with everything all set for Indy Fur Con which starts in 12 days, and I can’t believe what I am seeing from this convention. The schedule even though is up is basically incomplete. No rooms listed and several Panels their is no description what they are.

I will bet the the $11 I have set aside in this one app, that the title of my 1st article there will be “IFC Where in the World is Registration?”. Surprising enough it is the only one listed.

As for the Fursuit Parade route? Nothing and you see why that is important when you look at the map. It’s for an older event but it does give you an idea where things are.

Call me OCD or a perfectionist I like some idea where I am going to set up my camera.

Let alone The Sponsor’s Dinner, no time or location

Now get this according to this one IFC group I joined on Telegram, this is normal for them. I hope they are better organized when the convention is actually running.

I am curious what will happen during the actual con.

The PAW Bus

The PAW Bus

This bus will take you door-to-door from the GSR directly to the San Jose Doubletree, host hotel of PAW. It’s scheduled to leave the morning after BLFC is over, and get you to PAW in the early evening, shortly after hotel check-in. All you have to do is stumble on board by 11am, get a nice 5 hour nap on the way to PAW, and be ready to go again!

This bus is mainly intended for people who fly into Reno on October 29 or 30, and fly home from San Jose on November 5 or 6, and for people who are using the companion bus from SJ to Reno.

  • Departs: Friday November 3rd, 11am, from the GSR
  • Arrives: around 4pm
  • Price: estimated at $80, no more than $100
  • There is enough space for each person to bring 1 large suitcase (such as a fursuit bin), plus a smaller bag with them at their seat.
    • A “large suitcase” has a sum of all 3 dimensions 65 inches or less, around the same dimensions most airlines consider to be normal checked baggage.
  • Bus is non-smoking and non-vaping, but since it will have to stop about halfway for the driver to take their mandatory break, that would be a good time for that if you need it.
