I’ve got a bunch of info to announce along with this so please, read the thread before you go off and yell about our hotel block opening❤️🦝

OKAY I was told to yell this so please if you don’t mind

PATRONS HAVE UNTIL 10/3 TO BOOK📣
VENDORS HAVE UNTIL 10/18 TO BOOK📣

If there are any leftover hotel rooms after the cutoff for either block, they’ll be returned to the general block 😌

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Patrons & Vendors will get their access via email, ONE TIME USE, unique links assigned to each individual for their early booking!

For general attendees, we’ll open with a link on our Hotel/Venue page as we have done before!

OVERFLOWS: We will have overflow hotels again this year! After the Westin is booked out we will follow up with more info on those!🏨

As we get closer and closer to WPAFW, here is your official reminder to watch out for room scams! Unfortunately they strike every convention, including our own. If someone you don’t know reaches out with an offer of a room, use utmost caution and don’t give out money without plenty of consideration.

We try our best to keep on top of scammers in our chat, but we cannot stop them from privately messaging you on this or any other platform. So please be careful out there!
