A new visual for the “BEASTARS” TV anime has been unveiled. The series will premiere in October 2019 on Fuji TV’s +Ultra programming lineup.

-Synopsis-

“In a world populated by anthropomorphic animals, herbivores and carnivores coexist with each other. For the adolescences of Cherryton Academy, school life is filled with hope, romance, distrust, and uneasiness.

The main character is Legoshi the wolf, a member of the drama club. Despite his menacing appearance, he has a very gentle heart. Throughout most of his life, he has always been an object of fear and hatred by other animals, and he’s been quite accustomed to that lifestyle. But soon, he finds himself becoming more involved with his fellow classmates who have their own share of insecurities and finds his life in school changing slowly.”

Tulsa, OK based anime convention Tokyo in Tulsa is currently taking place this weekend, and while most people there are probably having a great time, one group of people, the artists and vendors, really aren’t. You see, for the event’s nineteenth convention they’ve decided to host their artist alley and vendors in a rather unconventional location: a former Hobby Lobby a nine-minute drive away from most of the con.

That came from nerdandtie.com but let me put this in the retrospective that 4 miles away. It’s good that they are offering a shuttle but can you even imagine walking that far? I can’t. This only happened because the convention center they normally use is being remodeled. So next time you find the Dealer’s Area too far away think of Tokyo in Tulsa.
