We have many positions that are currently open. Even if you don’t see a position you are interested in, you are still welcome to submit an application.

Being on staff at a convention is a great way to meet and connect with new people. It can be a very rewarding experience.

AnthrOhio Furwalk at Gallery Hop: Hops on High!

Join us for another Furwalk at Gallery Hop!

We will gather at the ARNOLD STATUE in front of the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Our next Furwalk will take place during Hops on High, a open street festival that includes vendors, performers, and artists. Please stay with the group and try not to get separated.

Your safety is important to us. The Furwalks take place along a high traffic street through a very busy nightlife area. It is important that you are aware of your surroundings. We always need extra volunteers to keep everyone safe, please reach out to Shutter if you would like to help.

Full suiting and partials are allowed and encouraged. You do not need a fursuit to participate in the furwalk.

This event is open to all ages.

We invite all the car furs for our 4th Annual AnthrOhio Car Show! Since our new convention venue put the brakes on us having a car show, we’re shifting gears and providing you with a separate event!

Our new Car Show will be in the style of “Cars & Coffee,” (or “Cars & Cof-furry” for those that enjoy these car puns). We will provide donuts and hot coffee with all the fixin’s (while they last). We will also provide canopies in case the sun gets a little too bright.

Attendees are also permitted to use the available charcoal grills if they wish to bring food to cook.

Anyone is welcome to join the Car Show with whatever type of car you are most proud of.

Fursuiting is allowed and encouraged.

This event is open to all ages.

Please join the AnthrOhio Convention Staff, Event Staff, and the Board of Directors for our annual picnic. We will be providing hotdogs, hamburgers, and all the fixings (until we run out). We will also be providing plenty of yard games. There will be a fursuit “Walk in The Park” held shortly after the group photo at 1:00pm.

Cost: FREE!

Pot-luck contributions are gratefully accepted, chips, sides, beverages, or desserts gratefully accepted. We will have electrical outlets for Crock-Pots, too!

Parking: Parking at Buttonbush fills up quickly, so please plan to park at another shelter and walk the short distance to Buttonbush.

This is an all ages event. Fursuits are allowed and encouraged but not required!

This event will happen rain or shine!

HOLIDAY AWOO
Holiday Furwalk & Dinner

Location: Columbus Commons

Date: December 14th, 2024
Time: 4:00PM

Dress up in your favorite Holiday wear and come down to the Columbus Commons for their annual light display. During the Furwalk, we will stay inside the park before venturing down to The Scioto Mile, followed by a stop at The Lazarus Building for their annual Christmas window, and finishing our walk at Tasty Dawg where we will have dinner.

We will have the refreshment cart filled with water and Hot Chocolate!

There are plenty of photo opportunities to be had during the walk and we will be going at a leisurely pace.

Fursuiting not required. Full suiting and partials are allowed and encouraged.

Cost: Furwalk is free, dinner at Tasty Dawg is buy-your-own.

Restrictions:
No age restrictions, bring your family!
