Good evening, everyone,

Here’s a short update regarding the Awoostria website maintenance.

We’re migrating our website to a new infrastructure to improve performance and reliability. The site is temporarily in maintenance mode and should be back online by the end of this week.✨

We have received some support tickets about the current maintenance, so here’s a short FAQ:

Q: Can I order a ticket via support?
A: No, unfortunately ticket orders are not possible while the website is down.

Q: My payment deadline is soon, but I can’t finalize my order since the website is under maintenance. Will my order get canceled?
A: No, open orders and payment deadlines will be prolonged automatically.

Q: Will there be chairs available on the website?
A: Maybe. 😉

If you have any questions, you can always reach us via support@awoostria.at !
