Since most of us won’t be able to attend I thought it be interesting to see what you get when you Pre-register

Member: 9,000 JPY

This is the regular participation tier, which allows you to participate in all the days of the JMoF 2022. The fee does not change, whether you participate in all days of the JMoF 2022, or just one day.

Note: Child rates apply to participants under 13 years old. For more details, please refer to “Participation of Minors/Children” below.

This tier is for people who would like to support the JMoF, so we can continue our efforts to provide all attendees with the best possible convention experience. Sponsors will be receive the following perks.

  • Advance pre-registration for JMoF 2022
  • 1x coupon for the official JMoF T-Shirt
  • Priority admission to the Dealer’s Room
  • Admission to sponsor-only events

Note: The above perks cannot be applied to anyone other than the applicant.

Supersponsor: 25,000 JPY

Supersponsors are sponsors who wish to grant JMoF an extra portion of support. supersponsors will receive the following perks, including sponsor privileges.

  • Advance pre-registration for JMoF 2022
  • 1x coupon for the official JMoF T-Shirt
  • Priority admission to the Dealer’s Room (earlier than Sponsors)
  • Admission to sponsor-only events
  • 1x lunch voucher for the restaurants in the convention hotel
  • Your name will be listed in the JMoF 2022 Conbook (based on the information registered as of December 2nd (Thu.), 2021)

SHOGUN：80,000 JPY

In order to organize and run JMoF 2022, we need to make sure that it meets various virus countermeasure guidelines. To make the convention sustainable in the face of these constraints, more donations are necessary than before.

Therefore, we have set up the “SHOGUN” participation tier for this time only, for those who have the means to strongly support our beloved JMoF 2022.

“SHOGUN”s will be provided the following perks, including an advance reservation at the convention hotel.

  • Advance reservation at the convention hotel (Reservation Period: October 9th (Sat.), 2021 – October 15th (Fri.), 2021)

Note: Only 1 room can be reserved. Includes suites and Japanese-style rooms. Reservation instructions will be emailed to you after completing your pre-registration.

Note: To use the convention hotel advance reservation perk, you need to pre-register by October 14th (Thu.).

Tear Along The Dotted Line Review

Tear Along The Dotted Line is a 6 episode animated series made for Netflix Italy, US Netflix had dubbed it into English

Tear Along The Dotted Line is mainly about this man called Zero, this this world are anthropomorphic characters some with 2 heads. Some are visible to others who some are not and are just metaphors.

So why is Tear Along The Dotted Line worth checking out. Because it’s such a unique series, when I first started watching it. I thought it was about this man called Zero and how have others in his life have gone on to make their lives better. He has been doing a comic strip for the last 10 years and during that time his life is exactly the same, not changing. Then we learn of his friend Alice, who does commit suicide at the end of the series. We don’t see the actual act, but what results from it. The literal unanswered questions.

If you stuck around to the end, you care about these characters and especially Zero’s hidden fursona an armadillo.

I know it’s hard to accept that you know one of the characters die by the end and it had to be said. But give the series just 5 minutes.

Scotiacon (UK) made the following announcement

We are pleased to announce that for 2022, we will be supporting Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue. They are a pro-indoor, no-kill, family-run cat charity based in East Central Scotland.

Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue’s aim is to ease the suffering of abandoned and stray cats and kittens in and around Edinburgh and Fife. They are a small, family run cat rescue who dedicate their efforts to promoting good welfare practices for cats and to helping those cats and kittens in their care back to health, so that they may find them a new loving forever home.

Their core focus is those cats living stray on the streets, the sick, injured and infirm who need special care to heal. They specialise in the hand rearing of infant and orphaned kittens and are on hand to offer advice on any aspects of cat care to the public through their Advice Line and Cat Care Centre. Sunny Harbour Cat Rescue relies entirely on the generosity of the public to provide vital services to sick, abandoned and unwanted cats and kittens in the region.
