WAFF-LE (WAFF – Lite Edition) is a bite- sized version of WAFF (West Aussie Fur Frenzy), designed to bring our vibrant furry community together for a fun-filled day of activities, creativity, and connection! Held between main conventions, and open to all ages, WAFF-LE is your chance to catch up with friends, meet new faces, and get a sneak peek at what happens at the big fur cons. Think of it as a mini con with maximum vibes—panels, games, workshops, and a whole lot of fuzzy fun, all packed into one awesome day!

Now that FurcoNZ Hotel 2025 has come to a close, please remember to look after your mental wellbeing and stay alert for PCD. Stay connected with both familiar faces and new friends – you’ll have plenty more chances to reconnect in the near future!
We had over 450 attendees (exact numbers still being tallied!) over the weekend and we counted 137 fursuiters at the parade! So many new faces and suits this year, it’s been awesome seeing our community grow like it has in recent years. We’ll soon be sending out our post-FurcoNZ feedback forms, and we’d love for you to fill them out.
