Indy Fur Con is doing something different this year. No Sponsor level badges sold at con. Just general admission.

That $320 Super Sponsor really stands out, it’s like complaining about Mario Kart World being $80 are you willing to spend that much.

Things I should mention the hotel has gotten a new restaurant Flights and comparing to what was there. Better selection and a bit cheaper.

Regarding the Health and Safety Policy for iFC 2024:

The team and staffurs at #TeamIFC have always tried our best to put the health of our community in a place of paramount importance. But more than anything we have tried to always follow the guidance of the Marion County Department of Public Health (MCDPH).

It is because of this position that for IndyFurCon 2024, we will be lifting our policies and requirements surrounding COVID-19, as per the guidance of the MCDPH. For a more detailed look at that policy, please see the attached statement from our Chairman, Storm Gryphon.

To be totally honest with my readers. I would go back, but I have other plans.

I hope the hotel has fixed the minor issues I saw during my stay last year. But overall I did have a great time, and I recommend getting at least a Sponsor Badge for the simple reason you will save money over the Hotels convenience store. With snacks and the like.

Otherwise it’s about a 5 block walk to the nearest gas station, and a Waffle House who I know I will make a return visit. Just unsure when.

This year Indy Fur Con attempted to run 2 separate contests. I call them even if you at IFC it’s more than likely never heard of them.

Lets focus on what was told on their site to watch out for these agents of C.O.W.A. Created by Foxx Boxx Studios with a cash prize.

I put it down to them trying to incorporate the spy theme way too hard. Something I actually learned running this blog. You Got to Get The Word Out.

There was somewhere between 24 to 26 of these with letters and false clues and punctuation and even then you had to go to a secret Discord server for the final clue.

I learned this from a panel where I and 6 other people actually attended.

For the record I found 6 mostly C’s and this other person found 13. Personally I think a lot were just taking them as free souvenirs.

Did anyone actually win?

Sadly the Cowspirisits have won this year resulting in no winners. Our game developers at Foxx Boxx Studios are looking to a bigger picture for next year.
