We are proud to announce this year’s date and ticket prices!

We are once again guests to ‘Het Arsenaal’ and they are happy to have us back. Outsite will be joining us again, and your highest submitted critique has been met: We are extending it by a day.

From the 22nd until the 25th of September, Alfurnative is returning to Delft! We can offer the full range of their rooms this year around, as well, with a choice between rooms that look into the courtyard (‘Comfort’ Rooms) or out over the canals (‘Superiour’ Rooms; these are a tiny bit more expensive but also a little bigger).

We will have a range of sponsor merch available, most of which are still in production, so we can’t say much yet – but we’re convinced you’ll like them!

Last year’s baseline was 250 Euro, 125 per night. This year’s baseline hotel spot is 435, 145 per night. All of this is including full four-star buffet breakfast and dinner, and registration for the con!

Which gives us room for 120 people in our hotel! I look forward to your responses and excitement!

The Alfurnative is approaching fast, and the turnup is gonna be great! We’re happy to announce that all of our available tickets have been sold, and we have a confirmed total headcount of 195 people!

In addition for information: Breakfast for people with hotel tickets will be open from 08:00 until 11:00, with dinner being from 18:30. Our team is stoked to welcome all of you soon!

‘Hello everyone, its me Hunter, your chairman. I have some good news and I have some bad news.
The bad news is that unfortunately one of our sponsors has folded, and as such, are no longer able to afford the event space that we hoped for, and planned for.

The good news is that we have found an alternative almost immediately. I have done significant calling around right before EF, and during, and been in contact with ‘Outsite’, which is a local LGBTQ+ community and they have decided to grant us their space. To serve part as a dancefloor, a gather place and in general just during the day the a meetup space.

Not only this, but thanks to them we have been able to secure a sponsorship from LG33, which also looks out for rights in this community, and with that money we are better able to support our staff and artists. This space is only a minute’s walk out from the hotel – it’s directly opposite. Even has a nice little bridge which dually serves as a photo-op.

I hope, gracefully, for your understanding as this is our first convention and our first attempt at making something like this work in the Netherlands. Something to note and something to be proud of, is that our first attendance number is already much higher than any other first-timers in furry history.

The Alfurnative — A brand new furry convention in South-Holland, The Netherlands!

I just had to share this amazing artwork The Alfurnative had created to highlight their staff.

The first in our Meet-The-Staff series: Meet Mylunee, our very own head of the Dealers Den! They’ll be replying to your filled out forms and questions regarding the ‘Den, and have experience from other conventions in the runnings of one!

Meet @SwitchMegaWolf , our Social Media and PR lead! He’ll be active in our social channels and representing us on other conventions, replying to your questions and handling contacts that approach us from outside the convention teams!

Meet @DibsRazell — well known for his organisation of @DutchFurdance — whose insight and assistance will run through our event space and dealers den, part of our security and welfare teams!

The original posts do not mention who is the artists that created such beautiful works. But whoever you are “How much do you charge for a commission?”

The Alfurnative is a brand new fur con that will be taking place Sept 30 to Oct 2, 2022 in Delft, Netherlands It is so new that there only outlets are Twitter and Telegram.

They are using what I assume is site like EventBrite for their registration and Hotel Bookings
