Let’s play on a happier note now. For one evening, the famous Scott Ibex with Nový Úsvit band as his musical accompaniment will be performing original modern country, blues and bluegrass for you. Scott, born in Utah, spent the last 20 years performing in operas and at concerts, mostly for charity, and he loves Czechia, where he performs with Nový Úsvit band. He is passionate about giving back to his surroundings, so let’s give him some back as well and come see him at the concert, which is included in the basic registration package.
For experienced riders and beginner cowboys as well we’ve prepared horse rides, with very talented horse trainer, which will pay us a visit on Saturday, 10AM, and for will let you ride her horses just like in the old Wild west. Payment for the ride is cash only.
And least but not last – a real delicacy for you on Thursday afternoon. Exclusively for the Czech Republic, only in our country will a group of Heraldos Stunt Brothers perform with the largest and most amazing horse show that the western town has ever experienced. The show will be mainly oriented to the past and dreamed times, with a focus on chivalry and fantasy. Of course, this does not mean that fursuiters aren’t welcome! Quite the contrary, to attract a proper audience, there will be open hours of the town of Boskovice throughout Thursday afternoon, when from 1:30 PM regular visitors will be able to enter the town and interact with you. At the same time, a group photo shoot of KRAZ participants will take place at 2:15 PM. The Main Street will be fully operational throughout the day, all souvenir shops and the bar with restaurant will be in full swing for both us and regular visitors. We will also be guided throughout the afternoon by a professional moderator from the Wild West.

Although there are no discounts for registering this early, it does have one advantage. You will have it, no one can really say if Registration will be open an entire year. Also depending on the number sold, are they going to put a limit on later. Right now it’s just far to early to know.

Update and Our Future
Hello all,
We were originally going to make this post at the end of the month, but we just couldn’t find a reason to wait, so here it is.
It’s been a crazy handful of years, and we’ve been able to bring you so many titles that we’re so proud of.
Earlier this week, we sent out an email to our novel/novella/novelette authors, as well as our anthology editors. In short, the years haven’t been kind to us financially, more-so as of late. We end up operating all of our conventions as a loss despite employing as many cost-saving items as we can, and we just don’t have the sales online to make up for our operating costs. All that is soon to be combined with yet another raise in the cost of printing (and paper across the board).
Unless we end up with a miraculous Q4 2021, and can be reasonably confident that sort of momentum is going to carry forward into 2022 and beyond, we are unfortunately going to have to use our last two conventions in 2022, Anthro New England and Anthrocon, along with online sales in the interim, to clearance out the rest of our stock. After Anthrocon, we would be closed permanently. We will have that answer for sure at the start of 2022, but right now things are not looking positive.
In the meantime:
– We sent out an email to the authors for “1921: Furries in Fedoras” earlier this week saying that we’ve had to cancel that anthology. For those wondering, this is why.
– We will be sending out an email to our authors of “Selections of Anthropomorphic Regalements: Vol 2” in just a moment that will also be canceling that anthology.
– We are not taking any more submissions until we have our final decision, which includes sequels and other solicited submissions.
We’ve been desperately hoping it wouldn’t come to this, but it’s finally time to face the facts. We are sorry to be bringing this news to you all, and we thank you so much for all the support you’ve given us over the years.
Regardless of what happens with our publishing imprints, Ottercorrect Literature Services, and our editing services as a whole, will continue on. We will also continue to allow third-party distribution of our titles up until the end, as those titles will ship out direct from the printer. This includes our publisher and distributors within the fandom, as well as outside websites, such as Amazon.

Furry Weekend Atlanta is excited to offer Lifetime Memberships starting with our event in 2022! Lifetime Memberships provide an attending registration to the Lifetime Membership holder every year after originally purchased. Each year, if the Lifetime member chooses, the attending registration associated with the Lifetime Membership can be upgraded to any sponsorship level at a fee. Lifetime Memberships and the yearly membership associated with it are non-transferable, even if the Lifetime Member is unable to attend the event.
Lifetime Memberships can be purchased as a gift for another attendee. The Lifetime Membership can only be used by the attendee for whom the membership was purchased. Gifted Lifetime memberships are not transferable after purchase. Please email registration@furryweekend.com regarding gifting a Lifetime Membership to another attendee.
In the event that a Lifetime Member is removed from the event, they may also risk losing their Lifetime Membership status. Refunds will not be provided if a Lifetime member is removed or banned from attending the convention.
