Zootopia 2 Will Be Out 2025/ 26

I will fully admit the story of Zootopia 2 is a long and wild one. First proposed as a series of shorts for Disney Plus. But a title change occurred and those were great. Then the various strikes and it went to a theatrical release and finally the other day it was announced 2025, then yesterday it was changed to 2026.

I know some how doubted it’s release but given all that has happened, I am not really surprised… it’s Disney after all, and frankly it’s hard to overlook the film making over a billion dollars. Getting a film made frankly isn’t easy. We know they had to get the same people to reprise their voice talents, plus the director and finally everyone else. All of this has to happen when they are available. It is amazing that many we don’t hear about that often are incredibly busy.

I am happy this is a go and I will be seeing it.

Shadow Over Furry Weekend Portland

Literally this morning when I checked my messages evidence was dropped in my lap about the people behind Portland Fur Con not being so nice.

Brynn Agminalis and Artha Agminalis who have founded Furry Weekend Portland has allegedly been accused of child neglect and sexual misconduct. Also as it turns out allegedly been accused of using AI art for it’s promotion and possibly not paying for art for it’s ID.

There has been allegedly been accused that the company that is actually behind Furry Weekend Portland is registered in 4 states none of them being in Oregon. I know that doesn’t mean much to most of you, but it means they will not have The State of Oregon looking over their shoulder as plans for the fur con to continue. As any convention will tell you, state oversight is not someone being on site. It’s more that you follow regulations and laws.

There is much more I need to go over, and frankly being careful with what I can actually post without causing legal issues.

I am just bringing to light possible issues for Portland FC. Will any of these effect the convention? Only time will tell.
