Hotel has provided us an update that this does not appear to be an active bed bug infestation. An exterminator contracted by the hotel has been dispatched to verify and they will update us as soon as there is confirmation.
In the meantime, please continue to check your beds upon arrival and if you see something, take a picture and report it to the front desk.
