If you were trying to book a room at the Hyatt Regency yesterday at the con rate for MFF more than likely you saw this.
Stating you have received a passkey error.
passkey. Noun. (plural passkeys) A key, especially in a hotel, that allows someone in authority to open any door. (computing) A password.
MFF did apologize for the problems some people had but I put that percentage totally based upon posts in social media somewhere between 80 – 93% or why would it take 40 minutes to sell out that block of rooms. Compared to last year when did didn’t use passkey and that block was sold out in 1 minute.
In my opinion MFF should either go back to the old system or fix the problem with passkey.
